The Aspect offers a brand new concept in wetsuits. This wetsuit is designed to be used for breaststroke. This use requires a wetsuit that clearly distinguishes itself from autres wetsuits.
Breaststroke in cold water has been a relatively joyless pastime. If you can't stay in cold water for long without a wetsuit, breaststroke is almost impossible with a conventional wetsuit, because conventional wetsuits offer far too much buoyancy in the legs and do not allow for typical breaststroke. That's why Zone3 developed the Aspect program. The Aspect gives you a position in the water that favors breaststroke, the leg panels are cut to allow for breaststroke and at the same time the Aspect keeps you warm.
With a few exceptions, all seams are sewn on the inside and welded on the outside, which keeps fresh water out and prevents you from freezing in the Aspect. To protect the suit, especially when putting it on and taking it off, large portions of the smooth-skinned neoprene are coated, effectively preventing damage from nail cuts. So, if you're a brewer and don't want to miss out on the "open water swimming" experience in cold weather - Aspect!!!
