You'll get the same effect as using a pull buoy, but it allows you to kick and turn naturally. The Buoyancy Flex Jammer is made of extremely flexible 5mm GLIDESKIN in the front, which is great for swimming sessions, while the back uses 3mm bi-linear neoprene that reduces friction.
