The 5 kg immersion ring requires greater physical effort to immerse or transport than a conventional dive. Ideal for children and young people who already have experience of swimming and diving and are looking for new challenges. Diving with the 5 kg ring:
With the 5 kg ring, many different diving games are possible, even in groups. The diving ring can, for example, be placed underwater on the pool floor.
Here's how: Swim, dive up or down, push the ring forward, show yourself, float backwards. The next child starts as soon as the first child dives back in. The immersion ring is pushed to the other side of the pool or in the opposite direction.
