With this powerful electric outboard motor from Rhino, providing 60 lbs of thrust at 12V and around 500W of power. This corresponds to about 1.5 hp. The brushless design is maintenance-free; there is no wear on the carbon brushes like those found in conventional motors. The motor is suitable for use in saltwater. The Sport mode activated via the S-Mode button takes the motor straight to its maximum performance, and the Vario Speed principle also allows for smooth speed control forwards and backwards. The new display provides information on battery charge, current motor power, and other useful operating conditions. The newly integrated PWM technology offers maximum range per battery charge. An electronic protection function in case of overvoltage, short circuit, or overload eliminates the need for an additional ballast fuse. The motor also has a USB port for charging phones or lamps. The tiller is extendable and the shaft is made of stainless steel. The shaft folds thanks to the lever release, the immersion depth of the propeller and steering resistance are infinitely adjustable.
