The STR range is based on the mandrel from our Euro Carp range, allowing full compatibility for previous owners from handle to tip, while benefiting from the latest carbon technology to produce poles that are simply a joy to use. The range consists of 5 poles sharing the same mandrel, making them fully interchangeable and a whole new generation of top kits. The objectives when creating this range were: comfort, power, balance, compatibility, and precision, all achieved to create our best range of European poles to date! We have developed brand new top kits for the Euro Carp STR poles, with the key design concept being simplicity! With this in mind, the top kits for each pole in the range are identical, so whether you buy the Edge pole at 8.5 m or the premium STR 1300, you know that the top kits are of the same quality and fully interchangeable. The range includes 2 power kits at 290 cm available in black or grey, a 3-piece version at 440 cm is also available in black for deeper venues as well as a short 1-piece kit at 185 cm that can be extended to 290 cm using the short kit extension. Each top kit features depth markers at 1 cm intervals, essential for adjusting depths, lead patterns and the distances between the float and the connector. Taking many features from the 13 m models, the 11.5 m STR S is the perfect combination of balance and strength, making it the ideal choice for Carodrome fishing. With excellent wall resistance, this pole gives you confidence when landing big fighting carp and comes with a spare top kit and a match kit.
