The Angl-R Barbel rods have been specifically designed for barbel fishing in the rivers of the UK and Europe.

Made from high modulus carbon and featuring a very powerful rear section, the rod has a progressive action that can easily handle big fish.

The Avon tip is ideal for float fishing, meat rolling, or fishing with static baits. The Avon tip has been finished with a special luminous coating that will glow in the dark after being exposed to a light source, like a headlamp.

The rod is fitted with M-Series guides that are spaced to allow the rod to perform as it should, with a lovely progressive action.

Other features include a knock-out tip guide, a screw reel seat, and a high-quality slim cork handle. For those fishing at night, the rod comes with two clip-on isotope holders (small and large) that can accommodate isotopes of 2.2 mm or 3 mm, which easily attach to the tip of the rod and house a night light Isotope.
