Edelrid Climbing rope Eagle Lite Protect Pro Dry

We took inspiration from the tried and tested design of the EAGLE LITE to create a particularly strong rope, perfectly suited for sport climbing and route work. We therefore used Protect technology, which involves inserting high-strength aramid fibers into the sheath using a specially designed braiding process. Thanks to this technology and by adjusting other production parameters, we were able to reinforce the sheath and increase the rope's cut resistance. For a particularly compact and thin sheath structure, the EAGLE LITE PROTECT PRO DRY is made on a braiding machine equipped with 48 bobbins, which improves its handling and abrasion resistance. All these features make the EAGLE LITE PROTECT PRO DRY an ideal rope for demanding long routes and Big Walls, especially when climbing with a single rope and possibly a haul line.
